A medium dark bold roast from organic, fair trade and "mold free" coffee, Traitor Joe has become a Patriot favorite for its robust profiles, smooth finish and drinkability. No bitters here.

Starting with a base of Sumatran, the ultimate bean for smooth flavorful dark roasts, we take that amazing bean and blend it while still green with our famous Colombian. We roast it just to oil development, letting the oils develop in the cooling tray and not in the drum so that there is no bitterness, very low acid and the results are fantastic.

Full bodied, tobacco, black current, dark chocolate, tropical fruit and sweet cherries. Victory! is perfect for all espresso machines
